How about this for a stunner of a door!

This John Fredericks PVCu engineered door was installed as part of a wider renovation on a period property in York.

Our client wanted to keep as much character as possible, such as replicating their original leaded glass design. Our fantastic glass suppliers were able to create this amazing glass design and encapsulate it within triple glazing.

The door also comes with a super-wide 195mm midrail to house the letterbox, as well as timber look joints and Antique Black Swan handles and letterbox.

The end result is a door that perfectly suits the property and retains as much character as possible from the original timber door.

Last week, we installed our very first installation using Triple28 triple-glazed units supplied from Clayton Glass

This new-age triple-glazed product allows us to achieve lower U-values whilst using a regular 28mm-sized unit, minimising weight and cost! We'll be talking more about this game-changing product very soon.

Our T28 units were installed into John Fredericks smooth White frames throughout the house, adding to the Slate Grey doors we installed a couple of years ago.

The doors are complemented by Ultion Lock high-security 3* cylinders and Sweet handles, ensuring each door is as protected from burglary as possible.

Our client's home is now far more energy-efficient, secure, and quiet than with their previous windows.

You can find out more about all the products featured in this installation either by visiting our showroom or website.

We love an Origin Soho door!

You usually see them in Black, but the beauty with having over 150+ colours available is you can get as creative as you want. Which is exactly what our client did with this stunning RAL 3009 Oxide Red Soho door and top light.

This door formed part of a wider Kitchen and Garden renovation, and we think the contrast with the render, brick and fabulous garden works an absolute treat!

The client then chose Antique Brass Knurled handles to offset the red frames, which works very well indeed.

The Soho range from Origin encompasses windows, single doors, French doors and bi-folding doors, and creates the timeless steel-look effect which suits homes of all types.
