That’s us wrapped up for a well deserved break.

Just want to say thank you to all our clients past, present and future, for putting their trust in us.
We’ve had a busy busy year this year, with next set to be our biggest yet!!

Massive thank you to the team for all the hard work, and to our suppliers for bending over backwards and keeping the wheels turning. We couldn’t do what we do without every single one of you.

Our Crofton extension is complete, and looking amazing. This has given the client an additional bedroom with ensuite upstairs, and a utility/ cloakroom area, and toilet on the ground floor.

Our Methley extension has turned out lovely. This ended up being a full house refurb, and looks brand new throughout. The extension created a great open plan kitchen dining living area, and works perfectly. A couple of hefty lumps of steel went into this one, with a 6m back of house wall removal, and a supporting wall also removed. The client has sourced their own kitchen and fitting, so it’ll be great to drop back in a few months to see it all finished.

Our Ossett Extension is coming together nicely. Structural knock through works complete, and ready for the underfloor heating, screed, and plastering works 👌🏼

After a slow start on the dig, exposing pipes encased in a mass of concrete, this one in Crofton is well on its way, and almost ready for roof build. This extension comprises of a downstairs wc and utility, with bedroom and ensuite to the first floor. 👌🏼

Finished internal photos from our Newton Hill extension and remodel. It looks amazing, and a real credit to everyone involved on this one. Nothing was left from the original layout, which made it quite tricky to keep the disruption to a minimum. Walls out, steels in, walls up,kitchen and utility removed, doorways removed, flooring removed, full new tiled floor, full electrical rewire, new radiators, and new kitchen and utility room.
Bar a few minor supply issues, we got this over the line just in time for Christmas. Never in doubt 😉

Our Durkar extension is almost ready for plastering, after a great bit of progress over the last 2 weeks. The roof construction and tiling works are now complete, with the internal partition in upstairs, first fix electrics done, and plumbing to be brought in this week, which means we can finish off the insulation and boarding works. The windows are in and we are completely watertight, and now the scaffold is dropped, it all looks fantastic.
