Watts & Co Construction’s project coming along nicely, first and second floors nearly complete freeing those areas up for the other trades to follow along with their 2nd fix and decorating etc.
9 bedrooms in total on this project! Even had to get the stairs scaffold up to max height for the beast of a wall!

Current project in for returning clients coming to completion this afternoon, one little set left and final clean up 👍🏼

Photos of yesterday’s job all polished off for another returning client.
For peace of mind I chose to install a full mesh system on the 2 oldest walls to help prevent any cracks from reappearing, with the other 2 walls having been refurbished at an earlier point in time this wasn’t necessary on those.

Left all clean and tidy, wood worked wiped down and lifted the old carpet for the client to save them a job.

Phase 2 of the artex saga 😂
After having to take some time off mid-project due to an inflamed vein in my trowel arm I’ve been back at it this week getting the rest of this job finished off.

My clients have been amongst the most understanding and patient clients I have had, putting no pressure to return to complete for which I am extremely thankful for.

MASSIVE shout out to my mate Danny jumping on for Sunday shift and helping me get this done. Wouldn’t have been possible without him!

Before and after photos of our current project.

Client had another firm in to remove artex which had tested positive for containing asbestos.
Certainly not the ideal surface to be working from, a lot of work flattening out with the bonding coat prior to skimming.
Finished with a nice mirrorshine 🫡👍🏼
