A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for RV2 Power in our ever-expanding EV Installations Civils Team.

We are looking for a 3 Person gang, to include an experienced Groundworker, an experienced 360 Excavator operator and a labourer.

They will work together as a team to produce projects for our high-profile clients.

The ideal candidates should be self-motivated and enthusiastic workers capable of working to detailed plans, client deadlines and budgets.
They should be able to discuss and offer solutions to site-related problems. Be conscientious, courteous, and respectful while working in the public domain. They should be capable of delivering a project from start to finish with support from a remote management team.
The team need to plan, evidence, and record daily workload.

We work nationwide and stay overnight in hotels. You will be working on both existing car parks and brownfield site.

Experience required in:
Excavation of service trenches.
Working around live cables.
Placing concrete precast bases to a given height.
Laying ducting.
Trench backfill and compaction.
Kerb laying.
All types of paving.
Preparing trenches for tarmac reinstatement.
Building areas for new car parks or extending original.

The positions are for permanent employment with tailored packages for the right candidate, to include:
Competitive rates of pay.
Company bonus scheme.
Company pension.
Van and company credit card.
Tools, training and equipment provided.
Overnight allowance

Candidates will need:
CPCS or NPORS cards, in date
CSCS cards, in date

Ideally have:
SMSTS/SSSTS
Working at heights.
Manual Handling.
First aid

Ongoing training will be offered By RV2 Power Ltd to ensure industry standards are adhered to.
