🏠 Another roof replacement completed in Bodmin!

The scaffolding is down on this recent project, where we stripped the existing roof and replaced it with a new Brazilian graphite natural slate. We also installed concrete ridge and hip tiles, finished with a modern dry ridge system for a clean, secure finish.

As part of the project, we also replaced the fascias and soffits and installed Lindab metal guttering to complete the roofline.

Another quality job completed by the team at Duchy Roofing Co. ✅
