Existing roof was stripped off. New treated timber barge boards were installed with New Black UPVC facias, Soffit & Guttering.

The Roof was felted in a breathable membrane, Treated battens fitted with New lead valleys. New 20x10 Spanish Roofing slate. New clay ridge tiles was installed with a linear Dry Verge system on apex.

What a HUGE transformation on this project & most importantly a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. 🀝☺️
