Our latest bathroom project ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

We opened this bathroom up to the toilet room, fully stripped back to brick, all new flooring & plastering.

Lovely walk in shower & wall hung vanity unit with LED Lighting.

Herringbone LVT & window replacement.

We also replaced the boiler at this project too, from moving the boiler from the loft & installing a Baxi 830 with a 10 year guarantee in the garage.

Massive thank you to our lovely client Julie, making bacon buttys every day & cups of coffee to keep us fuelled up for the day.

This bathroom was installed by a well know company 18 Months ago, since then the firm has been out 3 times to try rectify the issue the customer had with the floor.

The floor wasnโ€™t prepped correctly, waste wasnโ€™t sealed correctly & water got in under the tiles and then the floor became loose.

The walls have been dot & dabbed on with minimal adhesive, I donโ€™t understand how these companyโ€™s get away with poor workmanship. The finish product may look good but underneath is shocking.

We have came in, ripped up what was needed & now prepping the floor & walls correctly.

Make sure you get the correct people in to do your bathroom work, especially when doing wetrooms.

We done 2x boilers services. 2x gas certs. Repaired 3 poorly boilers & priced for a new cylinder which is getting done next week.

2x Worcester burner gasket seal replaced โœ…
1x Ideal logic sump replaced โœ…

Very very common issues on these boilers. Itโ€™s really important you get your appliances serviced.

Weโ€™ve been Warrington, Bolton, Urmston, Stretford & old Trafford today. So itโ€™s been a busy day ๐Ÿ˜ด
