But we are all feeling very festive following our Christmas Jumper Day yesterday at Edmont Ltd.! 🥳 🤩

We love Christmas here at Edmont!!! 🥳🎄🎅🎁

But we're also mindful that there are families in our local area who need a little extra help at Christmas time 🫶💛 With this in mind, our wonderful team have donated a huge selection of toys and gifts for the Swindontoyappeal once again this year. 😍

Some highlights from this year's Edmont Ltd. family fun day! 🙌 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Not only did our hardworking team take some well deserved time out to enjoy delicious drinks, pizzas and ice cream, we also got lucky with some glorious sunshine on the day! 🍺 🍕 🍦 🌞

Thanks to everyone involved in the planning and organising to make it such a good day!

A great time was had by all, and a great opportunity for the team to catch up and relax outside of our usual busy working hours!

Every year, the Churches in Swindon run this wonderful appeal with the aim of bringing a little hope and happiness to local families living in desperate need, so they can have presents to wake up to on Christmas morning.

It's always rewarding to see quality recognised, so we're delighted to share news that The Strawberry Thief, Arkell's newest pub and Edmont's most recent new build project, has received The Best New Build Pub 2023 award from CAMRA! 🥳🤩

The Edmont team, including our joinery and our M&E divisions, worked collaboratively with Arkells Brewery and Concorde BGW to deliver this project last year, and we're delighted to see that the hard work of our teams and theirs have been recognised with this award! 🏆🎉

Edmont have been based here in Swindon for over 50 years, and we love to support local causes. Today, we are reaching out on behalf of one of our talented Edmont team members, Lesley, who very kindly creates beautiful blankets for the Brighter Futures GWH Blanketeers. 🦋

This incredible initiative provides patients on the last days of life pathway with a beautiful, comforting blanket made by one of their kind Blanketeer volunteers. Great Western Hospital estimates it uses over 500 of these blankets per year, so that's a lot of knitting! 🧡

With this in mind, we are asking our friends and followers if they have any spare wool they would like to donate to the cause. We are happy to arrange collection - just PM the Edmont page if you can help!!

Back to work today after an amazing fun day this weekend at our Edmont Party in the Car Park! Our hard-working team brought their families along to enjoy the day, which included some fantastic live music, lots of games and a bouncy castle for the kids! Not to mention the delicious pizza and ice cream! It's always nice to get to spend some time as a team outside of the work environment, and a great time was had by all! Big thanks to Hayley Paget for organising! 😁
