⭐️First post of 2026 ⭐️
This Bungalow in Portstewart recently renovated in Portstewart.
Out with the old and in with the new. No insulation in the floor joist, so the heat loss is criminal 🥶 so I was asked to strip right back to joist, insulated in between the joist and recovered the floor. Finished then with all new oak doors, laminated oak flooring and arcitraves and skirtings throughout the whole house! This one turned out really well 🔨🪚
The lovely owners has said difference the insulation in the floor is making to the house is unbelievable! Cutting way down on heating and oil bills too. By doing this the house is holding the heat alot longer and not escaping through the floor anymore.
