We were called out to a job where a communal soil pipe had cracked and flooded the office floor below the suspended flooring.

Although dehumidifiers had been used and all water had been pumped out prior to our arrival, the floor track was damaged from moisture and sediment shorting across the copper busbars. It was no longer safe for use.

We identified the issue and re-installed new floor track. We also replaced faulty leads supplying floor boxes throughout, completing the works in good time so our client could continue with the building works and relay the new flooring.

Following recent AHU works, a global law firm now benefits from a much quieter office floor, helping create a more comfortable environment for conference meetings and day-to-day work.

We replaced two extract fans and two supply fans, upgraded the anti-vibration strips, jacked up the AHU using gas lifts, and installed vibration cork strips to help reduce noise and vibration transfer.

Commercial maintenance completed with attention to the details that matter.

Relocation of riser comms/security equipment to a temporary panel whilst the builders rebuild the riser partition to meet fire compartmentation regulations. Here we came up with a solution doubling up 41x41mm Unistrut braced off the existing tray for sub mains laterals and bolted in a temporary ply panel to accommodate the equipment.

We recently completed remedial works for an M&E contractor on behalf of a nationwide health club operator.

Following reported issues with the AHU’s fan belt operation, we attended site to survey the existing BMS control panel and associated AHU equipment. Our investigation identified several faults within the control and power circuits that were affecting reliable operation of the AHU.

The works included the replacement of faulty contactors, fuse carriers, thermal overload relays, pilot lights, fan step controller, damaged isolators, control switching and associated components.

Once the remedial works were complete, the installation was fully tested and commissioned back into service, restoring correct operation of the AHU fan control system and returning the ventilation system to a reliable working condition.
