> Electrician - Sub Contractors - Fully Qualified with own transport and tools.

> Solar Installers - People that have been in the industry and are confident in installing solar and battery solutions to MCS standards.

> Roofers - Looking for Sub Contractors who are willing to help us with the roofing part of the solar projects. Must be able to work with Slate.

Are you interested in a career in Electrics?

Shield are looking for a potential Apprentice to join our team, we are looking for someone with the following attributes.

> Keen to learn
> Good at time keeping
> Have own transport
> Would like to have a trade to would focus on your career choice.
> You must not be afraid of hard work.. this career is hard but can be rewarding if hard work is done!
> Maths and English GCSE advisable (will need to retake if not passed)
> Not afraid of heights!

What are we offering?

You will be trained to carry out electrical installations in domestic and commercial properties around East Sussex and London. You will be trained how to install solar panel systems 🌞 with batteries 🔋.

You will also learn about smart home systems, smart lighting, smart heating, WiFi, computer networking, ip phone systems (way of the future for phones)
