An external job here. Stained (Albany stain) this front door and surrounding porch and painted (Albany masterdec) the conservatory. The customer sent this picture of me.

You may remember my watch this space post 👀, seems ages ago now. It probably was, I haven't checked. But here's the finished article. B&Q tough and durable on walls and ceilings, and dulux high gloss on all woodwork.

Here's a post about a post. Ronseal dark oak stain on this to freshen it up and according to the tin keep it protected for 10 years.

I've been very busy and I'm still very busy, so I've not being "on top of my socials" for a while. I've got heaps of work to show you, we'll get there. I'm also running behind due to loads of different factors which is the way it goes sometimes (more often than not 🤦‍♂️). I did this part of an external June and I'm currently doing the other side. Heaps of prep went in to this (and the other side). I'm using Sandtex Trade Paint masonry on this as pink or red isn't always the easiest paint to get mixed in masonry paint as the pigmentation fades quicker than it does with other colours.

Here's an external from a few weeks back. I scraped, cleaned, primed with red oxide primer, and then gave these downpipes 2 coats of Hammerite. I also washed down and painted the wood round some of the windows.

I have been mostly outside since my holiday (which was amazing!) And there will be pictures of my external work to follow, but I have done this kitchen as well. It's nice not to be covered in factor 50 and dust for a change. The usual ceiling and woodwork paints and Dulux Trade soft sheen in purbeck stone

Here's part of the job I've just finished. Dulux Trade weathershield and Zinsser UK allcoat on the front door.
