So if anyone is wondering what they could do with that lonely corner of the back garden, I'm extremely keen to build one of these. Obviously it'll be done at a good price as I'll be doing something that I'd love to be doing. Also I'd need to negotiate lifetime entry to your establishment with heavily discounted locals rates.

Anyone got a problem with damp in their houses? Plenty if black mildew in the corners of your rooms? I can fit a nuair drimaster system which circulates air from your loft and around your house. They have 400w heater systems in them as well to take the chill off the air during the winter. You'd be hard pushed to find an electrician without one in their homes.

If I buy in bulk then we get discount of about £60 per unit. I'm putting an order in of 6 over the next couple of weeks and was wondering if anyone wanted me to add another one on for them.

OK I know I've been quiet lately but occasionally you get one of those jobs that you need to dissappear for a little while and put all your effort into. Today I've finished a job like that. There's been late nights, early mornings, aching bones and plenty of blood, sweat and tears in this one but I'm more than happy with the results. Thank you to everyone that helped and thank you to Lisa for putting up with me explaining how I've decided tk redo the plumbing.....at 3 in the morning because I'd been awake for 2 hours thinking about it. Pictures and videos in the comments below. For some reason back to front though. Start at the bottom. I haven't dismantled a nicely finished place and made it a mess 😂

So you lot know how I work! Honesty above anything else. The job has to be done right. Word of mouth can make or break a business. So here's my word of mouth status......

I can't speak highly enough of Karrek construction for stone work and masonary. If any of you lovely lot need any stone work doing these are the guys to contact.

Right, here's the crack! I will be available for emergency call outs tomorrow. Now by that I mean "the cooker has gone off" or "you have no lights in the house". What I don't mean is, "you want a shower installing"! I can do that for you another day.
