Another one wrapped up! 👌

We’ve recently completed this 50sqm extension up in Padstow, where we were brought in to stick build the timber frame before finishing it off with a warm roof system, complete with 150mm insulation and an anthracite GRP finish.

A straightforward project in a cracking location, and we’re really pleased with how it’s turned out. Big thanks to everyone involved for another quality job.

Great progress on our Illogan project! We’ve now completed the anthracite GRP flat roof along with the stunning cedar cladding to the dormer, giving the new extension a clean, modern finish.

Internally, first-fix plumbing and electrical works are now underway, keeping the project moving nicely towards the next stage.

It’s great to see everything coming together, and we look forward to sharing more updates as the transformation continues!

🚨 Project update in Illogan 🚨

Structural carpentry, insulation, and service battening are now finished on this dormer conversion and renovation project.
All set for Saint Piran Electrical Ltd to get started with the first-fix electrics. 🔨⚡

Week 1 done on the Illogan renovation 🙌

We’ve stripped the place right back to bare walls — all the old insulation, plasterboard and joinery are gone 🔨

Steels were measured up today by and the scaffold is going up ready to get the old tiled roof off and start the dormer build!
