This log cabin door had a completely rotten bottom rail. Due to the way the cabin was built, replacing the whole door wasn’t possible, so I repaired and rebuilt the damaged section instead.

Worried about little ones banging their heads on the fireplace hearth? 🏠👶

I’ve recently made this bespoke padded fireplace hearth boxing, working alongside an upholsterer to create a soft, cushioned finish that looks great while helping to make a hard, sharp hearth a little more child friendly.

Every home and fireplace is different, so these can be made to measure and finished to suit your room, rather than looking like a temporary safety product.

If you’ve got little ones running around and you’re constantly worrying about them catching themselves on the hearth, this could be a great solution. ❤️

🔨 Bespoke made to measure
🛋️ Upholstered & cushioned finish
🏡 Designed to complement your existing fireplace
👶 A softer option around little ones
