Medlocks Trowbridge continues to be open in these challenging times. Our opening hours are 7:30am - 3pm daily, We are able to do deliveries but these are only available on Tuesdays and Thursday for the moment. Thank you for understanding and your continued support.

Coronavirus Update

Medlock Electrical Distributors are taking the threat of Coronavirus very seriously and have taken additional steps to try and protect those that work at or visit our branches. We have reviewed our cleaning programmes around our sites and, with immediate effect, we are undertaking a deeper daily cleaning routine, particularly focusing on areas of heavy use. We ask that customers join us in following public health guidelines regarding handwashing and actions that can help reduce the spread of infection.

We would like to assure you that our branches are very well stocked and there is no concern regarding stock levels, we will continue to take orders over the phone by email and on our website. If you are local to one of our trade counters we would encourage you to order online or by phone where appropriate.

Whilst the risk of contracting the virus is still considered low, we ask that, for the benefit of everyone, you do not visit any of our branches if you are displaying flu-like symptoms.

Please do Not visit one of our branches if suffering from either:

persistent cough
fever (high temperature)
breathing difficulties.

Medlocks Trowbridge - COVID-19

Following on from this virus spreading fast. I would like to let all customers know that we will continue to be open as long as we can be.

All staff will be making sure that they follow the NHS guidelines (see photo). If one of us shows signs of the virus we will without fail, self isolate.

If you experience any symptoms of the virus please do not come into the branch. Please use email or phone us.
