A customer called to say they were losing pressure on their heating system. After a quick visual check of all heating pipes and fittings, we discovered this towel rail to be leaking from a pinhole rust spot, so we drained the towel rail down and got a new one ordered and fitted a couple of days later. After a check-in a couple of weeks later, we were pleased to hear their pressure hadn't dropped since.
