✨ ANOTHER BI-FOLD DOOR TRANSFORMATION ✨

We recently removed an existing uPVC bi-fold door and replaced it with a sleek, modern aluminium bi-fold door — and what a difference!

The existing uPVC system was bulky and dated, with larger frame sections taking away from the amount of glass and the clean, open look the customer wanted.

The new aluminium system gives the property a much more modern finish and maximises the glass area.

Front Entrance Transformation with New Patio Doors in Hemel Hempstead

At Newstyle Windows, we recently completed an interesting home improvement project in Hemel Hempstead, helping a homeowner create a more practical and secure entrance area to their property.

The Customer’s Requirement

The homeowner wanted to improve both the security and energy efficiency of their property while creating a useful enclosed space at the front of the house. The existing entrance offered little protection from the elements and provided no dedicated area for storing everyday items such as shoes, coats and parcel deliveries.

Our Solution

After discussing the customer’s requirements, we installed a new uPVC patio door system to create a secure enclosed entrance porch area. The addition of the patio doors provides an extra layer of security while helping to reduce heat loss from the property.

To complete the project, we also installed a floating floor system, carefully designed to meet the level of the existing composite front door. This ensured a seamless transition between the new porch area and the main entrance to the home.

Recent Project Completed in Aston Clinton 👌

We’ve just wrapped up a lounge upgrade for a homeowner in Aston Clinton — and it’s a great example of making a space work better for everyday living.

The property originally had French doors with side panels leading out to the rear garden. But with five different exit points at the back of the house, this particular set simply wasn’t being used.

So we:

✔️ Removed the existing French doors and side panels
✔️ Professionally bricked up the opening
✔️ Installed a new energy-efficient window
✔️ Plasterboarded internally, ready for decorating

The result?

A warmer, more secure lounge with improved wall space and a much more practical layout for furniture. Sometimes it’s not about adding more doors — it’s about creating a space that actually works for how you live.
