Over 1.7kg of chilli mash prepped and in the vac bag for fermentation. In 6 to 8 weeks time it will be transformed into Beardo's "No Bu****it" Buffalo Sauce. 😋

Definitely The Good, The Bad and The Ugly all rolled into one. This is quite possibly my favourite looking chilli I've ever grown....which is great to finish the season on and my exit from YouTube video creation for a while.

Yes unfortunately there will be no videos from me next year.... I've decided to take a break from YouTube. Mostly the reason being from the chilli side of things is there's a chance we'll be moving next year and do not want to be moving plants as well plus I just don't want to edit and film anymore for either of my channels. I'm kinda done with it.

I'll try to get a final garden update made this coming weekend.

Hey folks, there's not been a great deal from me this year regarding my growing season, truth is unfortunately I'm finding myself less and less interested in creating content. So there may well be one more video and I'm calling time for a while...we could even be moving house next year so if that happens I definitely don't want to be moving a load of chilli plants as well.

I'll try to get the last video out before the end of September with more info on this. Stay safe folks.

These spicy pods are from the Khang Starr Lemon Starburst plant I over-wintered from 2025 and finally I got some flying sauce shapes...pity no little stinger but I'll save the seeds from these two lovelies and sow them on.

After 5 or 6 years of growing chillies outdoors in my little back garden, I've finally managed to grow one with a stinger... believe me I've tried several times (Carolina Reapers, 7 Pot Primo's and even KSLSB) these deadly looking beauties will ripen to an orange/red colour packing heat on the scoville scale of around 1.4 million SHU. Seeds purchased from ChilliChump cheers Shaun, gonna have to get a Guinness 🍻.

We're in the middle of summer here and I still ain't made a video, chilli plants have changed a lot since the last one in....May 20th 😱....disgraceful. I'm on it tomorrow folks, enjoy the Cayenne's in the meantime 🌶️

Well....this is the first time this has happened in my life. A good friend of mine from the spooky side of my YouTube life Beardo Gets Scared and his lovely wife, Mrs Geek, have done a hotsauce line up challenge on his second channel called Beardo's Man Cave, just for laughs and pain of course, and included two of my hotsauces in it.

I'll leave a link here if you'd like to see it. Caution!! there's a few swear words in it 😂🤣

We got a number of hot sauces to try out, it did not all go to plan...
