The Role

We are looking for a skilled **Service and Small Works Engineer** to join our team.

You will be responsible for:

- Reactive and planned maintenance and servicing of fire & security systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
- Small installation and upgrade works
- Ensuring systems remain reliable, compliant, and fully operational
- Delivering excellent customer-facing service on site

This is a varied, hands-on role involving both commercial and residential projects across the UK.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in the service, maintenance, and repair of fire and/or security systems (intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, fire alarms, etc.)
- Relevant industry qualifications (highly desirable)
- Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, customer-focused approach

Service and Small Works Engineer
• Skilled technician for reactive and planned maintenance, servicing of fire & security systems, fault finding, repairs, and small installation works.
• Customer-facing role ensuring systems remain reliable and compliant.

Key Requirements (for both roles):
• Proven experience in fire and/or security systems installation, service, and maintenance.
