New sofa destined for a great new cellar cinema room, this wouldn't fit due to the tight turn at the base of the staircase. Only way to get this in was to carefully remove the covers then cut the sofa frame. Once in the cinema room I assembled the frames, glued cramped and screwed with hard wood frame rails, before fitting the covers.

Leather sofa, the arm cover had a tear. This leather is a semi aniline and not a solid colour, so was difficult to match. I removed the complete arm and cover, then replaced the damaged panel's with a leather as close as I could match. Sofa is back in service.

Aniline leather, this will absorb any hair or head oils. I could not match this leather, so I used the leather on the back of the head rest, using this for the front head rest. I Used this to replace the front damaged panel. An awkward job!
It has worked out very well. Another great sofa/chair repair.

Recliner sofa, the leather cover is in good condition but the seat interiors had failed. I removed the mechanisms and complete covers then fitted good quality seat interiors and assembled. Sofa is good now for many more years.
