Emerging on site - a complete transformation of a historic seaside bungalow in South Devon. An entirely new roof structure and contemporary green oak frame extension bring this 1920's home into the 21st Century. A Roof-mounted PV panel array, air source heat pump and Venti MVHR system are coupled with locally-sourced larch cladding, Spanish slate roofing and high performance aluminium joinery.

We’re over the moon - Romana has passed her Part 3! Just the ARB registration to go before she’s officially a fully qualified UK architect. Couldn’t be prouder...Go Romana!

Since joining the practice in 2021, Romana has become a valued member of the team, supporting our project architects while studying at UWE Bristol. Originally from Serbia, she moved to the UK to pursue her ambition of qualifying as an architect, showing exceptional dedication and professionalism throughout. We’re incredibly proud to see her achieve this milestone.

We’re excited to share that one of our designs, Wayside, has been featured in the June issue of Build It magazine

Set within a mature, tree-filled garden, this Arts & Crafts–inspired home blends natural stone, slate, and green oak to create a timeless, grounded design.

A cruciform plan and carefully stepped levels respond to the site, with the house reading as two storeys to the front and single-storey to the rear.

Inside, inverted living places bedrooms below and vaulted living spaces above, where a green oak frame defines open-plan areas around a central fireplace, filled with light and treetop views.

At its heart is a three-storey library atrium, top-lit and lined with books—an atmospheric focal point that defines the home.
