Project update- Old School House Lustleigh 🏡

After a busy few weeks we have the first concrete pour underway.

What was left from the debris has been dug out and taken down to a solid base. The ton sand bags have been stacked 3 high either sides to support what remains of the stonework. We are almost ready to start rebuilding the towering stone wall.

A big thanks to everyone that’s been involved so far, we are sure the locals are happy to see some progress finally being made 🧱

Project completion- Yarner Bungalow 🏡

First and foremost a massive thank you to Katie and family for being such brilliant customers throughout the process, you’ve been a pleasure to work for from start to finish🤩

With a fast paced and organised programme we were able to handover the finished extension earlier than anticipated🏡

Thank you to everyone that’s been involved in this project, the end result speaks for itself and we are very happy with how’s it all come together 😊

Project update- The Hermitage Ashprignton🏡

The team have been very busy since the last update, we have opened up the house completely with the large knock through. The reduce dig & concrete pour has also been complete. The upstairs bathroom has also had all the original lathe and plaster, existing shower and carpet removed. We are now ready to get it plastered and ready for the customer to return from there trip in Spain 🇪🇸

With 2 more large renovations beginning in September the lads have got a big push over the next few weeks 👌🏽

Old School House Lustleigh- Project Introduction

Another project added onto the growing list of live sites. A tree fall 18 months ago caused a massive collapse and land slide resulting in an unsafe bank right next to the village pathway/road. Working closely with Nicholas Basker we are rebuilding from the ground up to rebuild a once towering stone wall 🔨🧱

Project update- The Hermitage Ashprington 🏡

Busy couple of weeks for the team on this one. Kitchen fully ripped out, existing wall & roof removed, needle holes ready to support the wall we are removing & the floor is beginning to be broken out ready to be repoured with the structural pads in place.

Good progress has been made with difficult access so thanks to the lads for their efforts 👏🏼

Project Introduction- The Hermitage Ashprignton🏡

The existing kitchen is being completely ripped out and the small lean to roof is coming off to make way for a flat roof which is going to cover the existing courtyard area and have a skylight over the kitchen!

3 Large steels will be going in to make this into one big open plan living space.

We’re also knocking through into the garage to make the most of the unused space.

Looking forward to bringing this one to life, more updates to follow

Project update- Dartington Bungalow Extension 🏡

Another week smashed in from the lads, internal partitions up, electrical first fix completed , Celotex fitted & all ceilings plasterboarded with 37.5mm thermal board.👌🏽

Great progress all round and ready for next week with windows and door being fitted Monday. All plasterboarding to be completed, door linings in and window cills fitted ready for plaster 🤩

Project update- Dartington Bungalow Extension🏡

Busy week for the boys last week in some pretty hot conditions, with the roof now complete and in the dry. We spent some time knocking through into the existing property to create the hallway into the new extension, battening of the walls, wall strapping, plumbing first fix & prepping the floor for screeding which took place on Thursday 🤩.

Sets us up lovely for this week to get electrical first fix complete, celotex in between all joists, studdwork up and begin plaster boarding. 🔨

Thanks to everyone involved for the hard work in the heat, one very happy customer & good progress has been made throughout 😊

Project Completion 🤩

Another project finished and another happy customer! 🛠️🏡

This project included:
🚿 Complete refurbishment of 2 bathrooms
🚽 Full refurbishment of 1 downstairs toilet
🚪 Installation of 12 pre-finished oak doors throughout the property
🪵 New oak handrail fitted
