Today’s little job is going to be in my own garden! A friend gave me a pole plum some twenty odd years ago. Last nights winds brought some of it down. Chainsaw and shredder here I come. But first pick up the empty rain barrel, (I needed to move that.) and anything else that is damaged or out of place.

People ask my why I look at potted plants once I take the plant out of the pot no matter if Home grown or from a garden centre. This is why. Snail or slug eggs deposited in the soft soil and left to hatch. Put them in your pond, leave them on the bird table or put them under foot!

During last week Abbeyfield's compost heap was excavated, the brown nourishment added to the long boarder. During the digging two hatched clutches of grass snake eggs became unearthed. No snakes were harmed during this work.

I’m sure you can spot the moth but can you see the butterfly? Collecting alpaca poo today. Butterfly came to sun itself.💕

I’ve reached my capacity with my current customer base. This changes as work is completed, but I was asked to look at an elderly ladies garden. We will call her ‘Sabrina’ as she is magical. She is also 99 years old. On Thursday I watched her for ten minutes unwrap a foxes glacier mint. Bearing that in mind look what her previous gardener left her to deal with.
It’s just not right!
