Take a look at some of our recent interior work for a valued customer who had just purchased a very old cottage in need of refurbishment.

For this one we used Secil from Mike Wye at the request of the customer, who also requested all corners on the property to be curved.

Curved angles can be difficult and time consuming, but what a finish you can achieve when done properly, with some time spend on them!

Here is one of the trickier and more intricate bits of render we have completed.

A while back a regular customer from Teignmouth asked us if we could repair a decorative bay window at their parents house. We took a good look and did our best to figure out how older generations of plasterers had manged to do this originally so accepted the challenge.

We had to carefully measure out what was left of the existing render and then we could begin.

The final finish speaks for itself.

Sometimes it's not about what you have been taught or learnt over the years, it's about being able to look at something, formulating a plan in your head, and executing it efficiently to create something that makes not only you, but more importantly your customer, can be proud of.

Another one ticked off the list ✅

This one was a lime rendering job, where we removed the old, blown sections and replaced them with fresh lime work above a small block building on a school site.

Lime can be a bit more time-consuming than modern materials, but it’s we love to do it, it can allow a building to breathe properly and keeping everything in good condition long-term. We always make sure sure everything is carefully prepped, applied, and finished to suit the existing structure.

All completed safely and within half term for minimal disruption around the school 👍
