As we come to the end of the internal work on this job, it's worth showing off some of what we are very proud to be putting our name to alongside LW Construction Limited.

With the inside being wrapped up, we're swiftly moving onto the rendering on the outside walls, which has already begun, having base coated, primed and top coated two gable ends with a great product once again from SAS Render Systems.

If you've got an upcoming renovation or building project and need reliable plasterers who are committed to providing you with a great finish, drop us a message!

As we have done for over 50 years, we continue to provide all aspects of internal and external plastering, across the whole of Torbay, Devon and beyond!

Project Update:

Insulating is well and truly underway at our job in Torquay and our beads have started to go on ready to apply our thin coat render, courtesy of SAS Render Systems.

This is the type of work we love doing and is great for the customer, brining down heating bills in the winter, and keeping you cool in the summer.

As this job overlooks and can be seen from Torquay harbour, we're really looking forward to seeing how it looks as it progresses.

Render doesn’t always need replacing 👇

A lot of people assume damaged or blown render means a full re-render… but that’s not always the case.

Here’s where professional render repairs come in.

Done properly, repairs can:
✔ Blend in seamlessly with the existing finish
✔ Save you a significant amount compared to full replacement
✔ Extend the life of your current render
✔ Tidy up cracks, blown areas, and weather damage

The key is getting the match right – texture, colour, and finish. That’s where experience matters. When done correctly, you shouldn’t be able to tell where the repair was done.

We take the time to make sure every repair looks like it’s always been there 👌

If your render is cracked, blown, or just looking tired, feel free to get in touch for honest advice on whether a repair or full re-do is the best option.
