“I never felt nervous.”
That’s a pretty powerful thing to hear from someone going through a major home renovation.
As Janet explains, she felt involved throughout the whole process. Communication was easy, she always knew what was happening, and importantly, she never felt nervous about the journey they were on.
Because creating your dream home should be exciting. And with the right team around you, it can be.

The new hub of the home.
For Matt and Emma, their new sunroom has created much more than extra space. It’s given the whole family somewhere to come together.
At its heart is a beautiful, showroom-level kitchen, surrounded by a large open-plan living space designed for cooking, eating, relaxing and spending time together.
Different parts of family life can happen at the same time, without anyone feeling separated from the rest of the home.
A space designed around family life, and one that’s quickly become the place everyone wants to be.

One space. So many ways to live.
A sunroom extension can give you far more than simply extra space.
With the right design, one large open-plan room can become a collection of different living zones, each designed around a different part of everyday life.
A kitchen for cooking and gathering. A dining area for sitting down together. A comfortable place to relax. And with the doors open, a natural connection into the garden for indoor-outdoor living too.
It all feels open and connected, but every part of the space has a purpose.

It can be hard to picture a home that doesn’t exist yet.

For many of our customers, a major extension or renovation is something they’ve never done before. Looking at plans and trying to imagine how everything will come together isn’t always easy.

That’s why being able to visualise your new space before work begins can make such a difference. You can explore the design, understand how the rooms will work and make decisions with far more confidence.

And now, at St George’s Church, we can take you through that journey from start to finish, helping you see what your new home could become before a brick is even laid.

Open plan doesn’t have to mean one big room.

A well-designed open-plan space can give you different places to live, all working naturally together.

In this sunroom, the modern kitchen and bespoke island create the heart of the space, while separate seating and dining areas each have their own purpose. Then open the bifold doors and the garden becomes part of it too.

Different zones for different moments, without losing that wonderful feeling of openness and connection.

Same home. A completely different way to live in it.

It’s amazing what can happen when you start looking at your home differently.

This transformation has replaced a small conservatory with a light-filled sunroom and kitchen, opening up the back of the house and creating a much stronger connection with the garden.

Inside, there’s now a generous space for cooking, dining, relaxing and spending time together. Open the doors and that living space flows straight outside.

It’s more than adding extra square footage. It’s about making better use of the home you already have and creating a space designed around the way you want to live.

Could your home be transformed too? Book an appointment to visit us at St George’s Church and let’s explore what’s possible.

A place for everything.

A boot room might be practical, but that doesn’t mean it can’t look great too.

Built into this sunroom extension, it gives the family a dedicated space for coats, shoes and all those everyday essentials you need close at hand, but don’t necessarily want on show.

And by carrying the design and finishes through from the rest of the home, it feels like part of the space rather than an afterthought.
