An abundance of colour and the most magnificent, sweet-smelling roses from today’s visit. 🌹✨

This beautiful garden has been under my year-round care and maintenance for many years, and it’s always such a pleasure to see it flourishing and looking its very best.

⚠️ Warning!

We have Blue green algae at Haysden Water lake in Haysden Country Park and now have indications that this is also now blooming at Barden Lake. Bloom and scum forming blue-green algae can produce toxins harmful in humans and to dogs.

Our water users have been advised and signage reminders have been put up.

The algae are actually a naturally occurring species and bloom most years in the park.

⚠️ It is poisonous to animals and can cause severe illness and death

🐕‍🦺 Please do not let your dog in the water.
