We have removed existing SVK slates & fitted natural Spain’s slates as a hook system with natural slate ridges & hips .

We have also supplied and installed solar to the roof as a compete integrated system.

Job compete -
Two parts to this job , a high level dormer and low level flat roof with roof lights .

Both completed in S-flex single ply membrane, covered with a 20 year manufacturer warranty.

We recently completed this job , a complete re roof due to condensation.

The old roof covering was removed back to timbers , new breathable felt installed and over fasica vents & vent tiles were added to the new build up to allow the loft space to vent correctly & stop any future condensation issue .

We also fitted new fasica & guttering to the house.
I have to say the green looks great 👌.
