Largest project to date complete after 11 weeks on site comes to an end. 40sqm of floor space garden building,
126sqm of porcelain paving laid,
in ground trampoline, 60sqm of new lawn and privicy batten fencing.
it was a privilege to to be able to build this for a lovely family, and give them a garden of there dreams
with a space they can all use and enjoy.

So as this project comes to a close, the bespoke build garden room is complete, which is split in to, Shed home office, craft room, family garden room.
All fully insulated, Plasterboard & plastered, first and second fix electrics, ethnet cable, Rubber room with open roof window, and cement board cladding,
lower porcelain patio, and stepping tiles to link the garden together. full pictures of the completed project to follow. this has all been done in partnership with Dean DCS Garden & Property Services

So as we start week 7, the top section of paving is al complete, most or the privicy fencing done.
just and porcelain the edges to be cut and KL's to set in, curved steps started.
and progress on the garden building now too.

So we are now 4 weeks in to this large garden makeover,
90% of the ground works is complete,
concrete pad all ready for the bespoke garden room/office/shed.
retaining wall built, soakaway and drainage installed, new privicy fencing started and top section of the porcelain ib the process of being laid.
still lots to do, keep checking back for further updates.

we are now currently taking bookings for 2027,
now is the best time to get booked in to save disappointment.

A part project we completed a few weeks back, new paving area to break up the lawn areas, which will be replaced in the Autumn once the leather jackets have been treated.

Back to a returning customer in Fareham to replace the old concrete driveway and part wall replacement,
Brindle block paving with a herringbone pattern and charcoal frame.
all with the help from Dean DCS Garden & Property Services we still have some gap for bookings this year

Wow, what a project this has been, From a garden that was un usable and always flooded in winter due to poor workmanship in the past spreading clay over top soil.
To a new low maintenance garden, with all the correct drainage.
We removed over 40t of soil,clay and concrete, French drain and Aco's installed and connected to the main drain, 20 t of fresh top soil put back in to create a new lawn.
18t of crush concrete and base used to create a strong and solid base for the new porcelain paving.
and all for a lovely couple in Waterlooville
