Part 2 of the flat renovation!

It’s been a team effort and a pleasure to do, the flat is looking stunning 🌟👷🏻‍♂️

A close friend and his family bought an old market town shop with a flat above. They asked me to do a full renovation, at first glance the flat was in disarray, all floors beams were rotten and the bathroom and kitchen were non existent.

Me and my wider team converted the one floor, one bedroom flat, into a two storey, two bedroom flat with open plan kitchen livingroom, bathroom and under the stairs utility. The second bedroom is used as a walk in wardrobe/dressing room.

My mate has nailed the interior design and the flat looks amazing, a million miles from what it was!

This is only part 1! Look out for part 2 to see the final results and finish 🧱🔨👌🏻

A returning customer called me back for the final stage of there restoration, to do there driveway entrance.
New stone pillar to one side and to re-position the other stone pillar so it was level. Stone walls rebuilt to both sides. All original stone tops re bedded and we also layed these lovely stone cobble sets to really finish of the look.

Marlyn Metal Craft came to restore the original gates and railing to there former glory.

We finished off with this nice little house name plaque.

💥THROWBACK FRIDAY💥

🧱Loved this job, I always like a challenge and something different. Built the extension in the corner of the courtyard and removed the walls inside to form a large kitchen/living space. The extension has a flat roof with two large skylights.
Sliding doors at the front to bring as much light in as possible, finished off with a new kitchen fitted with granite worktops, and underfloor heating with a tiles throughout 🧱
