Merrell Mechanical are recruiting pipe fitters and plumbers for contracts the Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey for long term commercial heating and plumbing installations. Candidates will need to be competent in the installation of copper, steel and plastic pipework systems, with a full understanding of jointing technology and system operation.
Applicants will require and in date CSCS card and have a full understanding of health and safety on site.

Installation of new heating, hot water and softened water systems in a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom property refurbishment.
The heating system comprises of 3 separately controlled zones with radiators on the 1st and 2nd floors and underfloor heating on the ground floor.
The hot water system incorporates a secondary return which allows hot water to be immediately available at all outlets. We have also incorporated the towel radiator circuit on this system giving warmth to each rail in every bathroom all year round.
We have a central control for this installation which is WiFi enabled meaning the heating and hot water can be individually controlled in its separate zones via a phone, tablet or computer.
