Nice little job at the beginning of this week before starting the last outside of the year. Exterior had preparation, priming of bare wood. 3 coats of Zinnser AllCoat black gloss.
Interior had preparation, followed by 2 coats of white on the ceiling. Walls were 2 coats of Dulux - colour was Golden Umber 2. Woodwork was a mix of white satinwood wood and black gloss to match existing color.

Two 3 bedroom houses in Newbury completed today. One refurbished house and one new build. All new plaster was mist coated. Ceilings and walls all had 2 coats on top of mist coat. All woodwork (new and old) had 3 coats of white satinwood. Handrail was coated in varnish. All ready for new carpets and a few finishing touches from other trades.
