Take a walk through my latest design, a garden that has 4 distinct areas joined by a curving feature path that invites you to explore. Sculptures and pots sit amongst the airy planting, and each space has a different feel to sit and enjoy.

We’ve been planting in our latest garden in Thame this week, luckily we finished before the worst of this weeks weather! It was also lovely to have a visit from Miles Hebron of Vande Moortel Brickworks to see our feature path in person.

I have been waiting all build to see how the path I designed would look like in reality, thanks to the skill and attention to detail of it is living up to all my expectations 😊. I love the curves and the mirroring of the paver sections along the central line, it’s constructed from Vande Moortel pavers and links three separate areas together. .

My clients garden already had lots of spring interest, this key border, 10m x 2.5m, wasn't giving joy. I designed planting that would provide interest all year but that would peek in late summer. It will also have seed heads all winter. This is it 11 months after planting :D; colour, movement, textural contrast and lots of insects.

This lovely small garden was built and planted a year ago and is maturing nicely, it reflects the colourful, eclectic taste of my clients. The design makes excellent use of the space over 2 levels really making the garden feel larger than it is.
