We've been shortlisted for Most Innovative Business of the Year at the 2026 Gloucestershire Business Awards.

Almost 300 businesses entered across the county, so to be on that list means a great deal to us.
What got us here wasn't a hiring spree. As demand has grown, most businesses answer with more staff. We answered with better systems, using AI to put information, automation and accuracy directly into the hands of the team we already have. Same people, closer together, working considerably smarter.
That work became GT Elevate, our own software platform, which goes to market in Q4 this year. But the shortlist is really about our team, and what they've been able to do with better tools.

🎉 We’re delighted to announce that Griffiths Technical Installations Ltd has secured the BMS system upgrade at Swindon Designer Outlet!

This is a fantastic project for the team, delivering a full modernisation of the site’s building management system.

Our scope of works includes:
🔹 Migration from Trend to Niagara across 11 panels
🔹 A new carbon control strategy
🔹 Energy monitoring
🔹 New network installation
🔹 20 new outstations
🔹 AHU pipework adjustments for zone control

The real challenge? An intensive 10-week programme to get everything upgraded and running before the busy Christmas season. It’s a tight timeline, but one our team is looking forward to tackling head-on. 💪

🔧 Exciting times at Griffiths Technical Installations Ltd!

We're proud to be delivering the full mechanical services package on the Dental Access & Training Hub at City Campus, Gloucester — a fantastic project for the University of Gloucestershire, being delivered by principal contractor Markey Construction Ltd.

Our scope covers everything from HVAC and ventilation through to specialist dental services — here's a snapshot of what we're installing:

🌬️ Ventilation & Air Handling — Two roof-mounted AHUs serving the clinical treatment rooms, decontamination suites and teaching spaces, supported by four MVHR units and 15 four-pipe fan coil units throughout

🔥❄️ Heating & Cooling — Full LTHW heating distribution with low surface temperature radiators, chilled water pipework, and duct-mounted cooling coils serving the clinical zones

💧 Domestic Services — Hot and cold water, including a specialist Category 5 softened water supply to the dental chair positions
🦷 Dental Infrastructure — Compressed air and vacuum pipework serving the clinical areas and teaching bays, including a 14-bay phantom head training room

🔒 Fire Safety — Motorised fire dampers at all compartment boundaries, fully integrated with the building's fire alarm and BMS control system

It's a complex, HTM 03-01A compliant healthcare and education environment — exactly the kind of technically demanding project our team thrives on.

This £900k contract is more than just a great project — it's a significant marker in our growth story.
