PROGRESS UPDATE - NORWICH

Swipe for 👉 Where we started > Where we're at > Where we're heading!

In the past few weeks the remaining substructure and groundworks have progressed along with the structural steelwork. Alongside the on-site progress, future design elements are being finalised with our in-house team to ensure the projects programme remains on track.

It's been fantastic to watch this project evolve from concept and design, through the planning process, and now seeing it come to life on site!

COMPLETION - TILNEY ST LAWRENCE

We're delighted to have returned to the village hall to carry out another round of improvements at this well-used community space.

This latest project included installing a brand-new smooth finished ceiling, boarding over the existing ageing ceiling to create a brighter, cleaner and more modern appearance. New spotlights were also fitted to enhance the lighting throughout the hall.

To complete the transformation, we modernised the shutters to the bar area and refreshed the paintwork throughout, carefully matching the new colour scheme to create a cohesive and contemporary finish.

A simple but effective makeover that's made a huge difference to this fantastic community space.

PROGRESS UPDATE - Norwich

Throughout the month our civils contractor has been on site making good progress.

We first excavated and installed the rainwater soakaway at the rear of site before moving onto the building’s foundations, which required the assistance of the local Tree Protection Officer to ensure the roots of protected trees onsite were worked around correctly.

Finally we have commenced the foul drainage pipework and ducting before the bricklayers arrive on site and begin building up the walls to DPC level.

❌️ ROAD CLOSED ❌️

Please be aware if you are visiting our offices or yard between now and 2nd October there is a road closure in place to repair severely broken road surface.

The road is closed from the junction at Lynn Rd/Main Rd Tilney High End all the way to our entrance and access is currently via Tilney St Lawrence and High Rd, Tilney Cum Islington.

Please do not move the contractors barriers and signs. If you need help to find us please give us a call on 01553 617 700.

PROGRESS UPDATE - NORWICH

After having a good clear up on site we broke up the concrete floor slab and foundations from the old property.

After excavating down 500mm to our formation level this concrete was then fed through a crusher and reused to lay our oversite stone for the trades to work on.

Next up will be our civils contractor who is responsible for the surface water soakaway and then the foundations, surface water pipework, and new floor slab.

PROGRESS UPDATE - London

Heading into the final stretch of this project we are now left with a few items to complete before we hand this site back to the Client.

The concrete yard is around 75% complete which will then just leave the tarmac car park for the external surfacing works.

Fencing & gates will be installed to facilitate controlled access around the site along with the EV chargers and building protection measures.

In Building 2 we await delivery of the landing doors for the lift shaft and the staircase which is ready for installation in due course.

PROGRESS UPDATE - NORWICH

Great progress is being made on site as the team continues preparing for the new foundations. We've received some impressive photos showcasing the site clearance and material crushing currently underway.

It may not be the most glamorous stage of the project, but it's a crucial part of the groundwork that sets everything up for success.

It won't be long before this exceptional new home really starts to take shape.
