Shropshire Firewood 🪵Family-run firewood producer of kiln-dried hardwood & softwood. Woodsure/BSL. North Shrops.

We have been established as a successful countryside management and forestry contracting business based in Hodnet, Shropshire and Hales, Staffordshire for over 20 years, providing our services all over the West Midlands. It is only in recent years with the rising popularity of woodfuels and sustainable energy that we have seen a demand for products which are a direct by-product of the conservation projects that we manage. As a solely family run business we take great care in providing a quality product with reliable customer service. Each and every log has complete traceability from when the tree is felled all the way to final delivery to the customer.

A few more highlights from our visit to Fuelwood Warwick! 📸🪵

Too many impressive machines and interesting bits of kit not to share a few photos!

It's always great to get out, see the latest developments in firewood and woodchip processing, and come away with a few new ideas (and perhaps a growing wish list! 👀😂).

Of course, we couldn't leave empty handed!

A new RotaBagga for our Kindlet 200 and a spare blade ready for our soon to arrive Uniforest 53/40!

A brilliant opportunity to see the machinery up close, get a glimpse of what's to come and pick up a few additions for our own firewood production setup.

We can't wait to put the new kit to work! 🌲🔥

It’s been 4 years since we last increased our firewood prices. Something we’ve been pretty proud of!

But over those four years, the cost of timber, fuel and producing our firewood has continued to rise. We’ve held off making any changes for as long as we could, but this year you’ll notice a few small increases across our price list.

As a small family run business, we’ll always do our best to keep our prices fair while continuing to provide good quality, locally produced firewood. 🌳🔥
