We were called out to one of our favourite previous customers house who was being plagued once again with water ingress coming into her property. We identified the old tiled valley was the cause and the customer decided she wanted it out and a new lead valley fitted to stop the problem once and for all, so that's exactly what we did. The old valley was removed, re boarded and code 4 lead fitted, tiles cut up and repointed. We also updated the Fascias and guttering on the front of her property as well. A recent Flat roof job undertaken in Tenbury wells for a great customer. This flat roof was coming to the end of its life so the customer wanted to renew before it became a bigger problem. After being chased off the roof by an angry wasp nest 🐝on the the first day, we returned the following day after the wasps had been delt with. New 18mm OSB boards were installed and EPDM rubber was the new material fitted. New trims were fitted all around for the finishing touches. Hey guys, been a while since I posted abit of work. Been flat out recently 😅. Here is some work recently undertaken at Tenbury High School. We were called in to update and renew parts of the school. Many gable ends needed repointing or repairing, many areas had worn leaking Guttering and the side of a classroom needed the shiplap cladding replaced. We spent the last, 3 weeks fitting new maintenance free dry verge caps, replacing large sections with new guttering and creating better falls to work more effectively. The old shiplap cladding was removed and updated with fresh pvc. Here are a few pictures of some of the work undertaken. 😃🦅

This job was done for a great couple in Tenbury Wells (and only a 1 Minute drive for me 😁) After on going leaks into their conservatory they wanted to update the tiled roof to a EPDM rubber roof. We stripped off the tiles, felt and batton and fitted new 18mm OSB boards. The rubber was installed and new trims were fitted. The customers were happy with the end result and can enjoy their conservatory on rainy days without worry. This job was done back in March for a customer out cleehill way. For a long time the customer kept having damp soot and twigs coming down her disused fire place. After investigating it was clear to see the chimney was severely blocked and sweating as air couldn't properly circulate inside it. I Rodded the chimney to find it was very packed from old jackdaw nests. I ended up removing 2 wheelbarrow loads. Everything was very damp to touch. With the chimney clear of Debris I also did a new cement crown to make sure there were no other potential issues and to give the customer peace of mind. This job was done in Tenbury Wells for some wonderful customers, who made sure we had a coffee break every hour along with biscuits and cake 😁. The job was a double garage which had no felt under the tiles. During times of hard driving rain, water was getting inside. We stripped the whole roof, fitted new eave trays, waterproof felt, batton and put the tiles back on as they were in great condition. We fitted dry verge caps along with a dry ridge system to make it maintenance free. A bio spray treatment was also applied to help kill off any bits of moss. Customers were very happy with the job. Hey guys. Been a while since I posted abit of work so just showing you what we have been up too. This job was undertaken in Ludlow on an Air B&B property. The owners had started to get water ingress inside their property. As you can see the roof was at the end of its life with a large amount of tiles starting to shell & crumble. We completely stripped it, fitting new eave trays, felt, batton and tiles. Customers were very happy with the finished product. A job done for a returning customer over in Bewdley beginning of the year. We removed the clutter in the loft and put new thick loft insulation down. Some more recent work undertaken for a lovely couple in Grete who kept us well topped up with tea and biscuits. They had been experiencing water ingress around both sides of the chimney in the bedrooms to the point mushrooms were growing on the inside. The the flat roof Dormers were also on there last legs with splits starting to appear. We stripped around the chimney, replacing with new felt and batton and also updated the old torch on felt roofs with EPDM rubber. New code 4 lead flashing was also fitted into the chimney where the main leak was. Customers were very happy with the end result 🙂.
