Another collaboration with myself and Ignacio from Custom Oak Timber Frames.

Oak frames around the garage doors and cladded with some absolutely stunning larch feather edge boards.

It’s been a delight to work with Nacho again to create these transformations.

New motorised valve fitted, the customer had problems with controlling what came on and when. In this circumstance, the central heating would circulate whilst the hot water was selected on the programmer.

The valve motor was red hot and stuck in mid position.

This old pump has served its purpose, but looks like it may be failing. Time to quote for a new one. But the customer has been left in a little bit of a pickle.

A plumber has previously been in, piped up 2 new radiators from the main flow and return, the radiators are failing to heat and now it seems there’s no solution, but there is. We’ve been here before on previous jobs and with a bit of methodical thinking, problem solving and time, the system will be back up and running to its full capability.

My customer required the existing radiator to be relocated to make space for the newly designed kitchen, which has just been finished and is due to be installed this coming week.

Replacement shower for a landlord. The usual suspect (limescale) has killed this one. There are descaling cartridges that we supply and fit to reduce limescale build up within showers, washing machines etc, anything with a heating element inside.

It will help your appliances last that little bit longer, Especially in hard water areas.
