Supporting wellbeing, community
and long-term care 💙 As part of our 2026 commitment
to give back, we’re donating £1,000 every month to
charities making a real difference.

Last month, we were proud to support the
Wolverhampton MS Therapy Centre.

This incredible independent charity has been helping
people living with Multiple Sclerosis and other
neurological conditions for over 40 years.

The centre provides therapies, wellbeing support,
information and a welcoming community for people
navigating long-term health conditions, helping them
continue to live as independently and positively as
possible.

It was inspiring to learn more about the work they do
and the impact they continue to have on so many local

“Will loft boarding impact my EPC rating? It can… but probably not in the way you think.

Standard loft boarding laid directly onto joists can squash insulation, reducing its effectiveness and potentially impacting how insulation depth is recorded during an EPC assessment.

You see, the EPC surveyors need see the depth of your insulation and that it has room to breathe and do its job. That’s why the type of loft boarding system used really matters!

What you don’t always see behind our loft transformation is our brilliant team!

Before the clean finished loft photos happen there are boards being carried through your home with care, vans being unloaded, tools being organised, protection being laid down, and teams working together to make it all happen!

Every loft we transform takes planning, teamwork and a lot of lifting, and we think they deserve a bit of appreciation for it.
