With the opening fixture of the 2022-23 campaign only a couple of days away Newport 2nd XV coaches Mike Turner and Mark Lindsay preview the campaign ahead.

Congratulations to Sam Ellis after taking 5-20 from 12 overs, his best bowling figures for Shropshire, in the first innings against Wales in the NCCA Championship at Oswestry Cricket Club yesterday.

Sam then also top scored in Shropshire's first innings.

Factory Operative – Nights

Duties will be: - Working as part of a production team. - Operation of automated machinery. - Operating mobile plant including Fork Lift truck and Clamp truck following relevant training as necessary. - Carrying out general factory duties. Working nights Sunday – Thursday from 9:45pm – 6:15am with the opportunity to work overtime including Saturday mornings. 28 days holidays including statutory days. Parking on site.
