Loading Bay Upgrade Completed at Ripley!

The works included:

• The removal and disposal of the existing roller shutter
• Installation and central positioning of the new, wider shutter to the existing blockwork
• Interlocking the roller shutter and dock leveller for safe operation
• Installation of a capping plate to the dock edge to protect the concrete
• Installation and welding of the modular dock leveller to the capping plate
• Installation of internal controls and a new isolator

This project involved the removal and disposal of an existing sliding door and frame, followed by the installation of a new AROD insulated overhead sectional door (2300mm x 2400mm).

With this installation, the site now benefits with improved insulation, enhanced operational efficiency and a professional finish to the loading bay✅
