Armo UK has recently completed a loading bay upgrade project in Sleaford, delivering 2no. new telescopic load houses and associated loading bay equipment ✅

The project included the installation of:

· 2no. Model ARLH Telescopic Lip Load Houses
· 2no. Model AROD Vertical Lift Overhead Sectional Doors
· 2no. Model ARIS Inflatable Dock Shelters
· 2no. Model ARTL Traffic Lights
· 2no. pairs of Wheel Alignment Guides

This installation enhances vehicle positioning, loading bay safety and operational efficiency, providing the customer with a modern and reliable loading bay solution 👏

Armo UK has recently completed a loading bay upgrade project at a customer site in Launceston!😊

The works included:

- Installation of 2no. Model ARIS Inflatable Dock Shelters, mounted at 5200mm from yard level

- Installation of Model ARBD Wheel Alignment Guides

- Fabrication and installation of goal post frames, welded to the existing loading bay steel structure

- Installation of head and side infill flashing

New Roller Shutters Installed & Commissioned in Bradford 👏

We’ve recently completed the removal and disposal of 4 existing roller shutter doors, followed by the successful installation of 4no. Model ARRS Roller Shutter Doors.

Specification:
- GFA motors with TS959 control panels
- Traditional 75mm deep scrolled interlocking lath
- Galvanised ‘T’ section bottom rails
- End-locked shutter curtains to prevent lateral movement
- Pre-wired starters with anti-fall protection via the motor brake mechanism

Loading Bay Upgrade Completed at Ripley!

The works included:

• The removal and disposal of the existing roller shutter
• Installation and central positioning of the new, wider shutter to the existing blockwork
• Interlocking the roller shutter and dock leveller for safe operation
• Installation of a capping plate to the dock edge to protect the concrete
• Installation and welding of the modular dock leveller to the capping plate
• Installation of internal controls and a new isolator
