A look back at one of our previous public-sector projects: the sensitive renovation of Ludlow Assembly Rooms, a landmark rural arts and community venue in the heart of the town.

Working alongside Ludlow Community Association, Bleazard & Galletta helped enhance the building’s functionality while carefully preserving the heritage and character that make it so special.

Ellerdine Lakes is a destination people return to time and time again, so this project was about supporting its growth while protecting the character that makes it special.

Bleazard & Galletta helped secure planning permission for new shepherd huts, camper van facilities and on-site fish rearing pools at one of the UK’s most popular trout fisheries, enabling the business to expand in a way that works with its rural setting.

The team managed complex planning and BNG requirements, while coordinating ecological, drainage and archaeological specialists to help deliver a development that enhances the visitor experience, blends into the landscape and creates valuable new revenue streams.
