Last weeks installation

After being booked for a boiler service, upon inspection it was found the boiler flue had been leaking since installation. As it wasn’t serviced for 9 years, unfortunately the products of combustion had eroded a hole in the rear of the carcass. This deemed the boiler as unsafe and in need of a replacement

They chose us to install a new boiler, updated controls and an under sink 15L unvented heater

🔸 4x EPH CP4 wireless thermostats for each zone

Back in the swing now with a lot of routine servicing and boiler installs booked in

This was a combination boiler relocation from last week. The 20 year old Baxi in the loft which was looked after by us for a while, although working perfectly, the customer wanted it relocating into the airing cupboard for better accessibility

They opted for the Baxi Main Eco with a 5 year warranty. Great proven reliability on these boilers with a competitive price point

As usual, all the necessary upgrades completed such as flushing, filter, shock arrestor, descaler and EPH wireless room thermostat

Another Vaillant Ecotec Plus 32kw installed this week with a 10 year warranty

This was a system conversion to a combination boiler which involves removing the storage tanks in the loft and hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard

The usual additions to make everything compliant such as thermostat with optimisation, filter, shock arrestor, descaler, new gas supply, internal condensate pipe work and flushing of the system
