🌿 **SELF-EMPLOYED GARDENER / SUBCONTRACTOR WANTED** 🌿

I’m looking for an experienced **self-employed gardener to work on an ad-hoc subcontractor basis over the winter**, with the possibility of this developing into more regular subcontracting work during the spring and summer for the right person.

This is **not an employed position** and I am looking for someone who is genuinely self-employed and works independently, alongside other subcontractors.

Ideally, you’ll have:
🌱 Gardening/grounds maintenance experience
🌱 Your own tools and transport
🌱 Public liability insurance
🌱 The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
🌱 A reliable and professional approach
🌱 Experience with grass cutting, hedge cutting and general garden maintenance

Work will be offered **as and when required**, depending on workload and availability, so there are no guaranteed hours.

📍 Telford and surrounding areas

If you're an experienced self-employed gardener looking for some additional subcontracting work over the winter, please send me a message with a little bit about yourself, your experience and availability.

Please feel free to share with anyone who may be interested! 🌿
