🏗️ MEET THE NEWEST MEMBER OF THE FLEET!👋

The Klaas K2350 has arrived and it's already earning its keep💪

And what better way to showcase it than putting it straight to work at Telford Shopping Centre for Telford Scaffold Services LTD.

With impressive reach, lifting capacity and a compact footprint, the K2350 is built for those jobs where access, height and precision all matter.

Safe to say, it certainly knows how to make an entrance! 👀

A great first job for our newest addition and we're looking forward to putting it through its paces on plenty more sites.

Big thanks to the team at Telford Scaffold Services for choosing MEB Crane Hire🤝

The higher the lift, the better the view!☁️😎

🏗️ It's been fantastic to finally get our 50-tonne crane on site this week with Bespoke Construction Services lifting roof trusses into place on one of their projects.

👏 A huge well done to our brilliant operators, supervisors and slingers for another safe and successful lift.

🏆 Bringing it home? We can help with that.

England showed last night what teamwork and preparation can do ⚽👏

It’s the same in our world.... right crane, right crew, right planning.

Big moments don’t happen by chance.

Here’s hoping England can finally go all the way… and if they need any help with the trophy lifting, they know who to call🏆🏗️⚽

🎄 Merry Christmas from all at MEB Crane Hire 🎄

As the year comes to a close, we’d like to say a huge thank you to all our clients and customers, old and new, for your continued support throughout the past year. It’s been a busy one and we’re truly grateful for the trust you place in us on every lift.

A special shoutout to our crane manager Paul and our fantastic crane drivers. They’re the only team we’d want to hang a bauble on a tree from 50 meters up - though we’re still trying to convince them that our 50-ton crane is "overkill" for the office tinsel 🏗️🎄

We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year – we hope you enjoy a well-earned break with friends and family.

We’re looking forward to seeing what 2026 has to bring and to lifting even more together in the new year.

Best wishes,
From all at MEB Crane Hire ✨

🎉 Celebrating Two Major Milestones 🎉

This month marks 23 years since M E Bishop Carpentry Ltd was founded, and last week we celebrated 5 years in the MEB HQ - a space we moved to and renovated to support the growth of our MEB Crane division.

Founded in 2002 as a carpentry business, we have grown into a company we are truly proud of:

🪚 A carpentry team of over 75 skilled subcontractors, working across Shropshire, Staffordshire and beyond.
🚧 A crane hire operation serving customers far and wide, with no job too big and no detail overlooked.

Our office move 5 years ago was more than a change of address - it was a step towards the future. The renovations provided the space and facilities we needed to expand, work more efficiently and reflect the ambition of both Carpentry and Crane.

We want to say a huge thanks to our dedicated teams, valued subcontractors and loyal customers. These milestones are a testament to your commitment and support.

Here’s to 23 years of hard work, progress and shared success - and to an exciting future ahead🚀

📸 Swipe to see the transformation of our office, from renovation to the thriving workspace it is today.

Threading the needle… but with cranes 🏗️

Last week we worked with the team at Now Engineering on a job for one of their key customers at a clingfilm manufacturing plant in Telford-— and let’s just say… it wasn’t your average lift!

👉 The space? Tighter than a cling-wrapped sandwich
👉 The precision? Millimetre-perfect
👉 The pressure? Very real

Our newest team member James absolutely smashed it - taking on one of the tightest working areas we’ve seen and handling it with a calm, careful approach that takes years to master.

To pull it off, we brought in the full crew:
🔹 Liebherr LTM 1050
🔹 Fassi 710
🔹 And not one, but two Versa Lifts

Every inch of space was used, and every move had to be spot-on - there was zero room for error. But thanks to brilliant teamwork and spot-on coordination across the board, we got the job done✅

📸 Check out the photos below - proof that our cranes don’t always work in wide-open spaces. Sometimes it’s the most awkward, confined jobs that really show what our team and equipment are made of.

Big thanks to Now Engineering for having us on board. Always proud to be part of the work that keeps industry moving behind the scenes.

👀 Ever worked in a space this tight? Or do you have a job that needs serious precision to pull off? Let us know in the comments - we’d love to hear your stories and even help out on any future projects you may have!
