🚨 WE'RE HIRING – OPERATIONS COORDINATOR 🚨
📍 Penkridge, Staffordshire
💷 £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience
🕒 Full-time
We're growing rapidly and are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the team at Polair Conditioning Ltd.
This isn't your typical office job. You'll become the centre of our day-to-day operations, helping keep our engineers, customers, suppliers and projects running smoothly while working closely with the company director.
Your role will include:
✅ Speaking with customers by phone and email
✅ Booking surveys, installations and service visits
✅ Coordinating engineers and subcontractors
✅ Ordering equipment and managing stock
✅ Keeping our systems and job records up to date
✅ Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
✅ Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy, fast-paced office
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has previous office or administration experience
✔ Is confident talking to customers and providing excellent service
✔ Is highly organised and can manage multiple tasks at once
✔ Can work independently and use their own initiative
✔ Is confident using computers and learning new software
Experience with ServiceM8 or Xero would be an advantage, but isn't essential as full training will be provided.
