Finding the root cause of an infestation is our priority!!
Garden decking is well known for covering issues and hiding ingress points. This property in Shrewsbury has had an ongoing issue for some time...A bit of investigating found rodent burrows under the decking and under the footings of the property. Riddance program followed by a bit of concreting...problem solved!!!

🐀 Think rats only become a problem in winter? Summer can actually be one of the busiest times for rodent activity 👀

Warm weather means:

🌱 More outdoor food sources
🗑️ More bin use
🐦 More bird feeding
🏡 More time spent in gardens and sheds

Which unfortunately creates plenty of opportunities for rodents too.

The most common summer hotspots we see are 👇

- Under decking
- Garden sheds
- Compost areas
- Around bird feeders
- Behind outdoor storage

Signs to look out for:

👀 Droppings
📦 Gnawed bags or packaging
🕳 Small burrow holes near walls/fences

At RW Pest Solutions finding the route cause and solving the issue permanently is our priority! Our client had a pest in the small roof and noises in their ceiling within the property. A thorough investigation clearly identified Squirrel activity....where it was nesting and how it was migrating in to the property. Area cleared, holes sealed, problem solved. Happy client and no squirrels were harmed.
