This is a house we worked on which was cob. We removed all of the sand and cement rendering . This was replaced with traditional lime plastering . Access was an issue as it was on a main road and pavement below . Some lintels were replaced as well along with some cob repairs. I think your agree it’s looks like it was definitely worth all the effort !

Meanwhile in Stokenteignhead, the team have been keeping busy. There’s been some fairly major groundworks going on, with plenty of earth moved and footing works completed. Lots of blockwork has gone in too, and the large patio areas are really starting to take shape now. Great progress all round.

🏡 A few pictures from a job we started earlier this year that's now getting close to completion.
We have made some big changes here with the team! We removed the whole rear wall of the house and installed structural steels to open everything up, then built a full-length extension across the back of the property.

The structural works was so big we even had to go out and buy more Acrow props! 😅

It's nice to see it coming back together now!

We started the year with a new project in the Teignmouth area 🔨

Access was the main challenge, so scaffold ramps were installed to get our digger and tracked barrow in safely.
This one includes a rear extension and major structural alterations, removing the entire rear supporting wall and installing several fabricated steel beams alongside our trusted structural engineer.

It’s great to see it starting to take shape!

We're currently hard at work on a new project and things are coming along great. Stay tuned for updates! This is a cob building which needed all the rendering removing and some repairs. We are working closely with our lime plasterers who are coming in next!

Started this week an extension of the kitchen area in Bishopsteignton. Knock through openings to come soon. All dug out ...

Started this week an extension of the kitchen area in Bishopsteignton. Knock through openings to come soon. All dug out to required depths using our own machinery. Building control are happy and all concreted ready for the weekend. 🔨🪚
