A stunning new kitchen for a new customer.
The old kitchen was ripped out, along with the flooring and wall tiles.

Underfloor heating was installed before we laid a herringbone floor.
The coving was removed and we then replastered the walls and ceiling, ready for the electrician and for the customer to decorate.

Then we fitted the new kitchen, along with the worktop, upstand and appliances.

Another recent job for another returning customer.

The customer wanted to increase their storage space, so asked for us to design and install some bespoke cupboards and open up a box room into functional storage space and cupboards.
Along with the customer we came up with a design that would make maximum use of the space whilst still looking great.

We knocked through the box room to open up the hallway and created two much more functional cupboards.

We then removed the old cupboards along the landing, stripping right back to the structural beams to gain the largest possible access, then rebuilt the units.

All units were created using birch ply, an excellent grade furniture material, it does not have gaps in the veneers and is a strong and well finished material that is stable.
It can then be stained, waxed, lacquered or painted.

We also laid a new engineered chevron floor along the length of the hallway.

Everyone always needs extra storage in their home, so our customer was very happy with their new space!

We recently laid a new tiled floor in the kitchen and bathroom for very happy returning customer.

The laminate, plinths and end panels were removed in the kitchen and self levelling laid to a very out of level cottage floor. The tiles were then installed and looking great! End panels reinstated and new plinths to be supplied by the customer and installed at a later date.

The existing bathroom floor was carpet tiles which were removed. The Chipboard floor was overlaid with Hardie tile backer boards to improve the surface and then tiled. The customer wanted to keep the bath and shower but we installed a new toilet, basin, skirting and radiator.

A new accessible bathroom for a customer requiring easy and safe access facilities.
Complete with new flooring and wall tiles, an accessible bath, seating for the shower and plenty of handles for safety of the customer.
A wonderful improvement for our customer who can now safely use the bathroom independently.

Another patio for a different customer, as part of a whole house renovation

This customer wanted a complete redesign and the borders removed to create more space.

A lot of earth was removed to level out the garden and then filled with hardcore and sand to create a solid and level base.
This has been a trickier job than usual as the house is down a very narrow lane so we were unable to get bulk deliveries here so there has been a lot of shovelling in and out!

We are currently around half way through and have a fence to put up and the rest of the patio and the driveway to complete.

It's been a long time since we've updated the page, so we'll be showing some recent work in the next few posts!

First is a small patio that we completed a while back as part of ongoing works for a customer.
We had to do a complete re-level of the garden and used Indian Sandstone paving, a great choice as it adds lots of texture and variety of colour.
We added surface drains to stop any water getting to the house causing damp and a recessed drain for a nicer finish.

Here is a renovation we completed in January 2019.

The pictures of the existing are at the end of the pictures.

to start with we completely removed the kitchen and dining room area from all units, tiles back to the bare room.

Following this we removed the exiting doorway and window and block up the door way to install a new window and installed the door where the window used to be.

We knocked though a section of the wall to create a bigger room at the end.

The kitchen was reinstalled in a new open plan style kitchen with new worktops and built in section.

The rooms has new electrics installed and new pipework. Following this the kitchen was installed down the other end of the room

The rooms where re boarded and re plastered and ceilings where taken down and re boarded and re plastered.

A new floor was installed with new timber work throughout. and a oak mantle was installed with a breakfast bar on the opposite side.

The whole room was then decorated to the customers preference.

We also re plastered a lot of the rest of the house and decorated the living room with new skirtings, electrics and various home improvements throughout the house.

The customers where delighted with the transformation as where we. The visual change of the room was amazing.

We installed this 50 square meter laminate floor for a customer.

A very high commercial grade 12mm laminate floor which will last a very long time.

We fitted this floor to the entire ground floor which was a wrap around because its all open plan. We fitted new skirtings throughout to complete the work.

We also fitted 4 new doors to the home aswell.
